My musical career began as a bass player. I played bass for a number of Blues, and Classic Rock bands. Eventually, I moved more towards playing guitar, as I became more of a solo artist. At this time I began concentrating more on making my own recordings. Now I am a one man band, and I record my own music in my home studio. My influences are hard to list, because I am into so many different types of music. I dig Hard Rock, and Heavy Metal, and really into Heathen, Viking, and Pagan Folk Metal. A few of my favorites are the German band "Falkenbach" and "Finntroll" from Helsinki, Finland. Finntroll does a little bit more Death Metal than I like. I'm more into the Folk Metal, which is why I really dig Falkenbach's style, because they do mostly Folk Metal, seasoned with a little bit of Death Metal. I love Rammstein's style too. Also, Spinal Tap, Iron Maiden, Motor Head, or pretty much any British Hard Rock and Heavy Metal. Some other bands and artists on this side of the pond that I really dig are, Rob Zombie, Ted Nugent, Prong, Frank Zappa, Jim Morrison, Old Metallica, etc. The songs you are listening to now, are off my CD, entitled "On Top of the World." This CD has aspects of Hard Rock and Heavy Metal. Presently, I am working on another CD, which will be a Folk Metal CD, and I am also working on an instrumental CD. I think Ideally, what I am trying to achieve, is a unique sound derived from a fusion of American Hard Rock and Heavy Metal genres, combined with various styles of Folk Metal. Hope you enjoy the tunes!
